Job Description

IT Support Technician •Applicant must currently reside on the island of Oahu• We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused IT Support Technician to provide technical support across our offices and retail locations. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, supporting end‑users, and maintaining IT systems in a fast‑paced environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all offices and retail locations. Troubleshoot Microsoft products including Microsoft 365, Office, Intune, and Entra ID. Diagnose OS issues for Windows, macOS, and Linux, with a strong emphasis on Windows. Provide remote and in‑person support to users via the help desk ticketing system, phone, and onsite interactions. Deliver remote support using tools such as Datto RMM, VNC, and similar technologies. Maintain and monitor network components including LAN, DNS, VPN, and general network administration tasks. Deploy new hardware, software, and technologies as needed. Create, update, and maintain IT procedure documentation and incident reports. Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and improve infrastructure reliability. Experience & Skills Required Proven experience in enterprise IT support or desktop support roles. Strong working knowledge of Windows Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows 11. Hands‑on experience with networking fundamentals; familiarity with Meraki is a plus. Proficiency using IT management tools such as Datto RMM, Microsoft Intune, Windows Defender, etc. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for diagnosing complex technical issues quickly and effectively. Travel may be needed. This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT support, eager to learn new technologies, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
