Position Summary We are seeking an experienced PC Support Technician to provide desktop, laboratory instrument, and end-user support in a regulated laboratory and enterprise environment. This role is responsible for imaging, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining PCs, laboratory instrument workstations, software, peripherals, and related infrastructure while delivering exceptional customer service.

$30/hr Key Responsibilities Image, configure, deploy, and support desktop and laptop computers. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrument PCs, vendor-supplied systems, and instrument-related devices. Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, migrations, redeployments, and break/fix repairs. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and user access issues. Monitor and manage support tickets, documenting activities and resolutions. Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate equipment moves, surplus collection, and asset retirement. Support networking, server, Citrix, VMware, and infrastructure-related activities. Document work in compliance with company procedures and GxP requirements where applicable. Participate in projects, process improvements, and cross-functional support initiatives. Qualifications 4+ years of IT support experience, preferably in laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or enterprise environments. 3+ years of customer-facing desktop support experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365. Experience with desktop imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, and asset management. Basic understanding of networking, server infrastructure, Citrix, and VMware environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting laboratory instruments and regulated environments. Knowledge of GxP documentation practices and 21 CFR Part 11 validation requirements. CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification. RELX or similar data analytics platform experience. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and transport computers, monitors, and related equipment up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in laboratory and office environments.
