Job Description

Fully on site, no remote work available. We are looking for a good fit with our Internet Service Provider (ISP) team. Customer support skills are a must, Information Technology is a bonus. Responsibilities will include customer support phone calls, troubleshooting IT issues and assisting customers with internet and networking issues. Full time hours and will include some weekend and evening call. Office hours will be done at the Neola, Iowa office. Pay begins at $20.00 per hour and quickly increases depending upon skill set and experience. For questions or to obtain more information, please call 712-485-7200.
