Full Job Description Job Summary:
The System Administration Specialist will utilize current systems to solve customer problems in real time to meet the needs of the business. Coordinate with partners/stakeholders to assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring they are utilizing the system to achieve desired results. Understand the customers' needs, respond to their feedback and actively engage with them to produce successful outcomes. Act as a system Subject Matter Expert, being the first line of contact for user questions and set up. This is a full-time, onsite role in either our Urbandale, IA or Austin, TX office. Let's talk job responsibilities: Act as the dedicated contact for new and existing users, providing assistance, troubleshooting, and answering questions. Serve as the point of contact for setting up system access for new user accounts including rights, permissions and groups. Provide support and responds to requests via phone and email. Performs remote troubleshooting and diagnostics. Configure basic system elements, user data/access, reporting and backlog. Coordinate with other teams for complex integrations or customizations. Create, extract and configure requested reports, metrics, documents and data Identify and build additional efficiencies, FAQ's and procedures for users Determines the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users Identify and escalate complex issues appropriately. Other duties as assigned Your experience and skills: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 0-2 years of experience in System Support, Customer/User success, Account Manager or similar roles Background in IT is preferred Ability to articulate technical solutions to various stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience About Integrity Integrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
