Engagement Type:
Ongoing Pre-Employment Requirements A background check and drug screening are required prior to onboarding. The total cost is $125.00 , which will be deducted from your first paycheck . Candidate acknowledgment is required to proceed.
Compliance Timeline:
Background check paperwork must be submitted within 3 business days Drug test must be completed within 3 business days Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end-user issues Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware/software issues Maintain accurate and timely ticket documentation and status updates Coordinate with third-party vendors for complex AV or technical escalations Install, upgrade, and support: Windows OS (XP, 7, 8.1, 10) Microsoft Office (2010 and later) Cisco Jabber and other authorized applications Support Apple (Mac) systems at a basic level Perform preventative maintenance on desktops, laptops, and printers Execute hardware repairs and component replacements as needed Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools Operate effectively in a project-based, team-oriented environment Required Technical Competencies Broad IT support experience across: Desktop and laptop systems Printers and peripherals Basic networking concepts Servers and infrastructure (foundational understanding) Audio/Visual systems Smart devices and telecom systems Additional Expectations Strong communication and documentation discipline Ability to manage workload independently within a scheduled onsite window Flexibility to support evolving technical requirements and assigned duties
Pay:
$33.00 - $38.00 per hour
