Shift:
First Shift United Community Bank, is looking for an IT Business Systems & SQL Specialist. This role supports the configuration, administration, automation, and ongoing maintenance of key business applications used across the organization. This role focuses on building and maintaining business processes, configuring system components, and supporting users within organizational platforms. The position partners with our retail and operations departments to ensure systems function effectively, support business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with building and maintaining business process workflows Assist with configuring forms, fields, and workflow steps within platforms used by the Bank Assist with applying conditional logic to support business processes Assist with modifying and maintaining existing processes as needs change Assist with troubleshooting workflow issues and provide user support Assist with performing general system administration and maintenance Collaborate with staff to gather requirements Assist with managing dashboards and other system data Ensure accuracy and consistency across systems used Provide support for system related questions and issues Perform basic SQL queries for troubleshooting, validation and reporting Document workflows, configurations, and system updates Assist with integration between bank applications Assist with developing and maintaining low code workflows and automation tasks Assist with writing and maintaining scripts to support data parsing and formatting Maintain appropriate understanding of Bank systems Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels by proactively participating and contributing to a positive work environment, controlling emotions and temperament, and exhibiting courteous, respectful, and professional behavior at all times Maintain familiarity with bank products and services Maintain familiarity with all regulatory standards Maintain familiarity with and uphold all Bank policies and procedures including policies and procedures related to this position Complete all training requirements as assigned Other related duties as assignedExperience and Skills:

Experience with business systems, CRM Platforms, or workflow tools preferred Experience with CRM systems (360View or similar) Basic SQL knowledge Experience in system configuration, process automation, or application administration Experience with writing PowerShell scripts for data parsing Experience working with semi-structured data files for transformation tasksEducation/Experience Requirements:
Degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience preferred Experience with Fiserv BPM or similar business process management toolsAdditional Requirements:
Previous customer service skills preferred Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industry preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong time management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to evaluate urgency, prioritize effectively, and escalate issues appropriately Ability to practice discretion and handle confidential information in a professional manner Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and comprehend the level of confidentiality that comes along with the position and protecting employee's, customer's and bank information Problem Solving/Analysis skills Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and coworkers Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to work situations Ability to manage and execute more than one task at a time Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to independently perform duties, establish priorities and meet deadlines with limited supervision Ability to adhere to safety and compliance regulations and procedures Knowledge of financial institution regulations Ability to exercise sound judgement that is consistent with established policies, procedures and business practicesAttendance Requirements:
