Sales and Tech Department Support Specialist — Bridgeview, IL Redhorse Performance, a growing manufacturer and distributor of high-performance automotive plumbing, is hiring a Sales and Tech Department Support Specialist to join our team in Bridgeview. We're a small company, which means this role touches a lot. You'll work directly with our sales and technical teams on reports, customer data, our travel calendars for race events and trade shows, producing industry research as needed as well as working on special projects as they come up. What you'll do Maintain and update sales reports, and build new ones as needs come up Producing and preparing current and new industry research Manage the CRM pipeline and keep customer records current Manage the event calendar — plan, schedule, and book race events and trade shows Handle post-event follow-up Work with the sales and tech department to keep office work and projects on track What we're looking for Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup formulas; comfortable in Word and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to use CRM software Sharp attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities from more than one department Punctual, reliable, and able to handle confidential information Familiarity with AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT), with an emphasis on using them to eliminate repetitive tasks Previous administrative, sales support, or marketing coordination experience preferred Details Full-time, on-site in Bridgeview, IL. As with any small team, there are a handful of days a year when everyone pitches in outside their core role.

Pay:

$42,640.00 - $50,960.00 per year
