About the Position We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This position plays a dual role — supporting the daily operations of our office and assisting with Pearson VUE test administration, while also contributing to our social media and marketing presence. Key Responsibilities Office & Pearson VUE Administration:
Assist with the setup, monitoring, and closing of Pearson VUE testing sessions in accordance with strict testing policies and procedures. Greet and check in candidates, verify identification, and ensure a secure testing environment. Maintain accurate test records and incident reports. Provide administrative support such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and responding to phone and email inquiries. Maintain office supplies, testing equipment, and facility cleanliness and readiness.
Social Media & Marketing Support:
Create and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Assist in developing content highlighting company services, events, and community engagement. Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements for online reach. Coordinate with management to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in office administration, testing center operations, or marketing a plus. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, social media platforms). Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow strict test security protocols. Customer-service oriented and professional demeanor. Schedule Some flexibility may be required for testing schedules.
