Responsibilities:

Configure and set up computers and workstations (training provided) Perform routine, repeatable technical tasks with accuracy and consistency Manage and track IT inventory, including PCs and related equipment Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware assets Provide basic desktop support, including troubleshooting printers and peripherals Follow documented procedures and instructions to complete assigned tasks Collaborate with team members to support ongoing IT operations.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or related field CompTIA A+ certification preferred, but not required for strong candidates Strong ability to learn quickly and follow instructions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a structured environment Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs Comfortable with bending, standing, and moving equipment (e.g., rolling carts).
