Our customers outsource their IT to us. We managed three categories of IT for our customers: fully outsourced IT (when they have no full time IT professionals on staff), cybersecurity and cyber liability outsourcing, or co-managed outsourcing to augment their in-house talent. Since we manage IT for many businesses, beyond the obvious of needs, we are looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365. Experience with migrations to MS 365 for email and SharePoint from on-prem server environments, for example. Managing, scripting, tuning environments and conversions and rollouts with InTune, Entra and Addigy for Macs. This is leading edge automation, and we are seeking added depth in our team for this work. You should have strong network and system administration abilities and a self-driven a passion for staying up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices. If you have the following attributes, you will excel in this position: You have proven "Level 2/Level 3" system-network support engineer experience. If at an MSP, even better. You can work on projects or you can support end users solving escalated needs of your other team members. You are intrigued by the root cause of an issue and pursue REAL resolutions. OneDrive/SharePoint Preferred Technical Experience & Skills:
