Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Technical Support / Phone Sales Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting customers with both sales and technical support inquiries. You will be responsible for identifying parts, resolving technical issues, processing orders, and managing office inventory.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer inbound phone calls and emails to assist with customer inquiries and orders. Provide technical support by troubleshooting and offering solutions to customer issues. Direct phone calls to the appropriate team members when needed. Use part diagrams to identify and locate products based on customer needs. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of product information in our internal systems. Process customer orders through the M1 system efficiently and accurately. Monitor office inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is maintained and restocking when necessary.
Required Qualifications :
Ability to read and interpret multimeters and electrical schematics. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components. Proficiency with computers, including data entry and email communication. Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused during stressful situations. Problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn new things and adapt to evolving challenges. Attention to detail when entering orders and updating product information in the system.
Preferred Traits :
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various computer systems throughout the day. Experience with stock management, restocking, and office inventory control. A collaborative, positive attitude with a desire to support customers and team members alike.
