Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line technical assistance for approximately 12 end users, addressing hardware, software, and access-related issues in a timely manner.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops for employees, ensuring devices are ready for daily business use.
- Troubleshoot Windows-based desktop and laptop problems, identifying root causes and applying effective solutions.
- Manage and respond to service desk tickets, keeping requests organized and users informed throughout the support process.
- Support user account administration tasks within Active Directory, including access updates and basic account maintenance.
- Assist with installation, setup, and ongoing support of Microsoft Windows 10 systems and related workplace technology.
- Deliver general desktop support across a variety of technical needs, helping users remain productive with minimal downtime. Requirements
- Experience providing help desk or desktop support in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 and general Microsoft operating system support.
- Familiarity with Active Directory for routine user and account support tasks.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Experience handling and documenting service desk tickets in a structured support setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support end users in a clear and thorough manner.
