Job Description

We're Hiring! Tier 2/3 Technical Support Specialist Marion, IL | Full-Time Northbridge I.T. Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Tier 2/3 Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
What You'll Do:
Provide advanced technical support for managed IT clients Troubleshoot Windows servers, workstations, networking, and cloud services Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online and Entra ID Configure and support firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VPNs Assist with project implementations and client onboarding Escalate and resolve complex technical issues Document work performed and maintain accurate client records
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of IT support experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking Experience with firewalls, VPNs, VoIP systems, and virtualization platforms Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
