For the NH-3 One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-2 (GS-11) grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Analyzing requirements for IT systems and identifying and performing hardware and software trade-offs and cost and performance trade-offs aligned with an organizions transformion efforts.
