IT Deskside Support Analyst Duration:
4 to 8 weeks support
Location:
North Locust Street, Sterling, IL Work Type:
5 days a week (Onsite)
Work Hours:
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST) SCCM administration and support Troubleshoot blue screen errors Video conference room support Handle ServiceNow service requests and incident tickets Active Directory management Adherence to SLAs and incident management processes Inventory management Mobile Device Management (MDM), Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot Hardware break/fix support Network printer support
