Job Description

IT Deskside Support Analyst Department:
Information Technology Reports To:
Service Desk Lead
JOB SUMMARY
This position offers technical support to the global IT team as the first point of contact for employees with ITquestions, requests, or issues related to company assets and equipment. Responsibilities include deskside andinfrastructure support.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The IT Deskside Support Analyst reports directly to the Service Desk Lead. There are no direct reports to thisposition.
ESSENTIAL HELPDESK FUNCTIONS
1. Troubleshoot common support tasks (computer performance, login and profiles, printing,audio/video, VPN, Wi Fi, browsers) using approved tools and knowledge articles.2. Document resolutions, update knowledge base articles, and maintain accurate ticket notes tosupport repeatable outcomes.3. Familiarity with ticketing systems and request workflows; ability to prioritize and manage multipletasks.4. Collaborates within IT and with the overall business to formulate relationships and have a deepunderstanding of major job functions across the company.5. Exposure to collaboration and identity services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams,OneDrive).6. Supports HR functions for onboarding and offboarding employees.7. Demonstrate adaptability to evolving environments and emerging technologies.8. Assigned other project related work by supervisor.
ESSENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUNCTIONS
1. Perform Active Directory and/or Entra ID (Azure AD) tasks as delegated (account unlocks,password resets, group membership, managing device objects) while following best practices.2. Install, configure, and support Windows and macOS devices (laptops/desktops), includingimaging/onboarding setup, basic configuration, and application installation.3. Deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots IT assets including printers, scanning devices, Azure VirtualDesktops, and other IT owned devices.4. Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi Fi) and commontroubleshooting steps.5. Supports local and global infrastructure teams on critical outages, testing, and IT project rollouts.6. Assists in disaster recovery and tape backups.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.2-4 years previous working experience in a corporate IT environment.

Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users.

Exhibits a proactive attitude toward acquiring new skills and knowledge.

Open to feedback and embraces training opportunities.

Must be organized, detail oriented with the integrity to handle confidential information.

Experience with Microsoft Administration, Active Directory, and Entra/Azure.

Deep knowledge of Windows PCs and MacOS.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Basic network infrastructure knowledgeExperience with device management systems (Intune, JAMF) is a plus.

Ability to lift and move standard IT equipment (e.g., laptops, monitors) as needed.

Must be on site 5 days a week.
