August 27, 2024 Summary Provides level two technology support as it relates to the teaching and learning environment across the district. Provides level two technology support for all Level 1 support personnel including the operations of the network management, equipment deployment, and maintenance activities at the local school level.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned. District Level Management Manage the build and deployment of computer images (Windows and Mac). Manage the build and deployment of mobile device profiles (iOS). System Admin. responsibilities for Microsoft 365. System Admin responsibilities for Google Workspace. Create, resolve, escalate, and close Help Desk tickets using the Help Desk management system. Oversee management of building specific equipment Repair and Maintenance Distribution and removal Monitoring, ordering and replacement of consumable supplies Manage District Print Management Program Manage District Filter access Provide Assistance to Level 1 Support in Prioritizing technology support requests Resolving equipment and software problems Tracking hardware inventory Adding and deleting network users and devices Assisting instructional and administrative staff with technology issues Assist Level 3 with District LAN and WAN Monitoring technology operations and reporting areas of need and concern Regularly collaborate with Level 3 Support
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or 3 years experience in related field required. Experience in training and assisting adults in technology uses preferred. Experience with and ability to demonstrate an understanding of the uses of technology within an educational environment preferred
MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Experience in managing multiple projects Proven ability to prioritize work using prescribed criteria
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems required. Thorough understanding of Mac OS and iOS operating systems required. Thorough understanding of Google Chrome operating systems required. Capacity to learn, demonstrate proficiency and instruct others in computer. Previous experience with web base applications is preferred. Proficiency with equipment maintenance and repair preferred. Proficiency with software applications including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Apple suite. General understanding of mobile device management system. CompTIA Network+ or comparable experience.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS
: Excellent communication skills required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of teachers, administrators, School Board Members, students, and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
OTHER SKILLS

REASONING ABILITY
