PC Support Technician

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Information Technology team, providing hands-on support to associates across our organization. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to supporting Microsoft 365 applications and technology projects, you'll play an important role in keeping our team connected, productive, and secure. Some travel to First Neighbor Bank locations will be required as you help support our branch and corporate teams throughout the organization. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, docking stations, phones, mobile devices, and other end-user technology. Troubleshoot Windows operating system, hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues. Install, configure, deploy, replace, and maintain computers and related equipment. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation preparation and account/access-related tasks. Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications. Assist with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot device enrollment and deployment. Assist with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory user and device administration. Support multi-factor authentication, password resets, account lockouts, and basic identity/access issues. Maintain accurate records of computers, peripherals, software, and other technology assets. Document incidents and service requests within the Bank's IT ticketing system and ensure tickets are properly updated, escalated, and resolved. Work with third-party technology providers when escalation or vendor support is required. Assist with workstation refreshes, hardware upgrades, software deployments, branch projects, and other IT initiatives. Perform basic network troubleshooting involving connectivity, cabling, switches, wireless connectivity, and IP configuration. Follow established cybersecurity, information security, change management, and technology policies. Create and maintain basic technical documentation and end-user instructions. Provide professional, courteous, and responsive support to employees at all levels of the organization. Perform other technology-related duties and projects as assigned. Education and Experience Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent technical experience will be considered. One to three years of desktop support, help desk, PC technician, or similar technology support experience preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude, relevant education, certifications, internships, or hands-on technical experience are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry is beneficial but not required. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, or similar credentials are beneficial but not required. Professionalism when working with confidential or sensitive information. Understanding of the importance of security within a financial institution. Ability to recognize when an issue should be escalated. The primary work location for this position will be Toledo, Illinois. Periodic travel to other First Neighbor Bank locations will be required to provide onsite technical support, deploy or replace equipment, assist with technology projects, troubleshoot branch issues, and support other operational needs. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between Bank locations are required.
