Job Description

Technical Support Specialists must offer superior support and service, have strong people skills, and be patient in assisting Beck s employees and dealers with any number of supported platforms. Setting up new hardware. Provide excellent customer service. Troubleshoot a variety of technical devices and software. Laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads, printers, etc. Assist in maintaining Technology at all Beck s Superior Hybrids regional sites. Resolve issues without escalation when possible and gather detailed information to pass along to other members of the Technology team when necessary. Support company Attitudes and Actions and the mission to help farmers succeed. Perform other duties as may be required by supervisor.
Job Requirements Education and training:
Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science or related field preferred, but not required. Must possess and maintain a valid driver s license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck s automobile insurance policy.
Skills:
Must be able to research and resolve problems efficiently and independently. Must be an ideal team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be self motivated and take initiative.
Experience:
