This role is on a multi-year program providing IT support to the local bases across the United States.
The day to day includes:
- Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
- Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
- Printer and related hardware resets
- User account support
- Customer service
- Working through trouble tickets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Security+ Certification
