Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our service departments, ensuring that warranty claims are processed efficiently and customer inquiries are handled with professionalism and care. Your excellent communication skills, and technical proficiency will drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, addressing client questions related to warranty coverage, product issues, and service procedures. Coordinate with management team to facilitate repairs, replacements based on warranty terms. Maintain organized records of all warranty transactions, client communications, and service activities using Microsoft Office tools and specialized databases. Assist clients with in and outbound calls to follow up on service statuses or gather additional information as needed. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions with diverse clients in multiple languages. Qualifications Previous experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments with a focus on warranty or technical support. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry systems. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey technical information clearly. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in outbound calling. Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and patience under pressure.
