Job Description

Tom Wood Automotive Group Tom Wood is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support multiple dealership locations. This role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support with growth exposure into network infrastructure and SD-WAN operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who wants to strengthen cloud identity skills while developing hands-on infrastructure experience. What You'll Do Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Manage user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID Troubleshoot Outlook, MFA, Conditional Access, and access issues Support Duo MFA (DUOEntra group management) Provision and deprovision users following structured onboarding and termination processes Deploy and support Intune-managed devices Support RingCentral and Zoom Phone Assist with site connectivity troubleshooting and SD-WAN validation Participate in structured escalation and incident management processes Environment Cloud-only Microsoft 365 / Entra ID Duo MFA enforcement Intune-managed endpoints FortiGate firewalls Cisco, Adtran, and Fortinet switching infrastructure Multi-location dealership network
Qualifications Required:
CompTIA A+ certification (current or obtained within 6 months of hire) Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Understanding of identity lifecycle management Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Experience with MFA and access control concepts
Preferred:
Knowledge of FortiGate firewalls Experience with Cisco, Adtran, or Fortinet switches Interest in network infrastructure support Why Work Here?
