We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our team and support the technology needs of our growing organization. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and takes ownership of issues from start to finish. Position Summary The IT Help Desk Technician provides first-level technical support for end users across our logistics, warehouse, and office operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues while delivering exceptional customer service through onsite and remote support. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
