We're seeking an
- IT Site Support Specialist
- to join a growing team supporting end users in a fully onsite environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical support, troubleshooting user issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Provide onsite technical support for end users and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests, including:
- Password resets
- User permissions and access issues
- Printer and network device troubleshooting
- PC hardware and software support
- Escalate and resolve more complex technical issues when needed.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives to expand your technical skills and career growth opportunities.
- Maintain a strong customer-service mindset while supporting employees across the organization.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Desktop Support / IT Support experience
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Active Directory experience
- Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment
- Comfortable supporting users at all levels, including leadership
- Nice-to-Have Skills
- Windows support
- Office 365
- ServiceNow
- Help Desk / Service Desk experience
- PC support and hardware troubleshooting

- Additional Details
Training:
- First week will be spent in Wisconsin for training (all travel expenses paid).
Work Breakdown:
- Approximately 90% ticket-based support and 10% project work.
