Collects and organizes information from various sources within IT. Responsible for identifying and solving problems within the IT Operations area. Advises IT Operations Analysts and Managers on capabilities within systems to improve operational performance. Must be able to master multiple applications within environment. Ensures implementation of solutions hit target improvements. Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position and continuing professional education to maintain professional certifications. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position. Completes all compliance training related to the position. Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements. One (1) or more years of experience in an IT operational role preferred. IBM iSeries, Network/Hardware Monitoring Systems, Document Management/Imaging experience preferred. Knowledge of computer hardware. Ability to direct other IT colleagues through issues and project. Ability to learn new systems and processes rapidly. Troubleshooting skills of applications. Good analytical skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple project tasks and work to completion in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills to Manager.
