Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst with experience in Infor VISUAL (version 9 required ) to production support in a customized environment. This role will support day ‑ to ‑ day operations, triage and resolve tickets, manage access requests, and help analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple VISUAL modules. Key Responsibilities Provide production support across VISUAL Financials, Manufacturing/MRP, Costing, Projects, and Work Orders Troubleshoot issues in a highly customized environment, including reverse ‑ engineering existing solutions Support, triage, and resolve tickets and access requests with minimal oversight Collaborate with business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and strong customer service Required Skills & Experience Extensive hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL 9, including core functional modules
