Job Summary Provide technical support and maintenance for hardware and software to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot issues on site, support project deployments, and maintain effective client communication. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to end users to ensure smooth operational continuity Perform monthly on-site hardware maintenance to prevent equipment failures Attend to site issues during rotational 24/7 standby on weekdays after office hours and weekends (Sat, Sun & PH) Respond promptly to client phone calls, emails, and messages to resolve technical issues Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on site to restore functionality quickly Install, configure, and maintain hardware devices and software applications to meet client requirements Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and service delivery Track and manage fault reports to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation Support project teams during new project deployments by providing technical assistance Communicate with clients to confirm that services meet expectations and requirements Follow up promptly on service requests and provide customer feedback to management for continuous improvement Preferred competencies and qualifications Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in IT or related technical discipline Experience with Windows and Ubuntu operating systems Hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi and UP board hardware is an advantage Willingness to travel as required Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently without becoming overwhelmed Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure Ability to work independently
