Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills. Solid understanding of internet security and data privacy. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter. Strategic thinker with excellent time management skills. Experience with Yardi Systems, the Microsoft Office Suite, and email server protection. Familiarity with managing third-party vendor relationships. Working knowledge of SQL, Linux, or storage servers. Spanish language skills are a plus. Responsibilities Create and maintain user accounts and login credentials. Ensure proper management of user access and security protocols. Configure new workstations, including peripherals and necessary applications. Provide guidance on system access and usage while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. Oversee company data across key systems (Autotask/Datto, SQL Server, Email Server, VOIP Server). Organize and manage Help Desk tickets; assign issues to the appropriate personnel. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, printers, and other devices. Replace or repair devices as needed. Assist with email and system security, and educate users on phishing and other threats. Install new network equipment and ensure network security. Install new camera security systems and replace cameras or other equipment as needed. Manage and support various software platforms, including:
