What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary liaison for our business applications, becoming the go-to expert for new features and processes.
- Lead operational deployment efforts in collaboration with our Technical Delivery team, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality service.
- Develop and document test scripts and regression tests, supporting future deployments with precision.
- Drive change management activities and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Maintain detailed change logs and support audit systems to ensure successful deployments.
- Manage offshore resources, setting standard procedures and monitoring performance.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace, adhering to safety protocols and legislative obligations.
What We're Looking For:
