Provide guidance to program stakeholders on the applicion of da cegorizion, privacy, and retention in accordance with regulions and policies. Define responsibilities reled to da governance and ensure accountability for stewardship of the Command's principal informion assets. Develop procedural guidance for da ownership, access control, da management, and da manipulion to manage and administer organizional da. Work with personnel responsible for dabase administrion, da management, da modeling, da governance, da retention, da masking, corpore reporting, applicion da refreshes and Security Technical Implemention Guidelines compliance. Serve as a point of escalion for governance, da quality and protection issues. Facilite development and implemention of da quality standards, da protection standards and adoption requirements. Define indicors of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with da reled policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements. Design and develop integrive views of da to enable informed decision making. Conduct analyses to ensure architecture and standards support, metada management, financial auditability, process reengineering, system modernizion and investment management. Collabore with infrastructure engineers, software developers, Enterprise Da Architects, system owners, and business users to understand the end-to-end lifecycle of da. Coordine planning, development, implemention, and administrion of systems for the acquisition, storage, and retrieval of da tailored to changing customer requirements. Develop and administer da standards, policies, and procedures. Design da visualizion and reporting solutions to support informed decision making for organizional initiives. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

You must maintain membership in the Kentucky Nional Guard. You must be assigned to a compible military position. Wear of the military uniform. May be subject to furlough actions. May be required to successfully complete a trial period. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. Must obtain a favorable adjudicion of a T3 or equivalent investigion. Acceptance of a Federal position may termine a military bonus. Acceptance of a Federal position will termine Tricare Reserve Select (TRS) eligibility. This position is loced on a tobacco free facility. This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. Incumbent must complete approprie training and obtain required certificions IAW DoDI 8140, DOD 8570.01M or applicable governing document(s) for Cyber workforce as an IA Technician Level 2. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Experience th has provided a basic knowledge of da processing functions and general management principles th enabled the applicant to understand the stages required to autome a work process. Experience may have been gained in work such as computer operor or assistant, computer sales representive, program analyst, or other positions th required the use or adaption of computer programs and systems. Must have Security+ Certificion.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Must have least 36 months experience th approaches techniques and requirements approprie to an assigned computer applicions area or computer specialty area in an organizion. Experience planning the sequence of actions necessary to accomplish the assignment where this entailed coordinion with others outside the organizional unit and development of project controls. Experience th required adaptions of guidelines or precedents to meet the needs of the assignment. Experience preparing documention on cost/benefit studies where is involved summarizing the merial and organizing it in a logical fashion.
