Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on helping others? Randstad is seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Representative for a leading national healthcare provider. This is a contract position offering you the chance to support essential healthcare operations behind the scenes. In this role you ll be the primary point of contact for internal staff navigating various software and hardware issues. Your goal is to provide empathetic, efficient technical support so the healthcare teams can stay focused on what matters most: patient care.
