S_175691 We are seeking a detail-oriented Tech Repair Operator to join our service team in the Louisville area (40219). In this role, you will be the primary hands-on technician responsible for diagnosing, disassembling, and repairing a wide range of laptop hardware.

Responsibilities:

Hardware Replacement:

Perform precise replacements of laptop screens, LCD panels, trackpads/mousepads, and keyboards.

Internal Component Repair:

Replace and upgrade internal parts including motherboards, cooling fans, battery cells, and storage drives.

Diagnostics:

Troubleshoot hardware failures and identify faulty components using diagnostic software and physical inspection.

Quality Control:

Test repaired units to ensure all functionalities (touch sensitivity, display clarity, port connectivity) meet company standards before return.

Working hours:

3:00 PM - 11:30

PM Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Strong fundamental knowledge of electronics and computer architecture.

Proven Experience:

Previous professional experience in tech repair or a similar hardware-centric role is required.

Precision Handling:

Ability to handle small, fragile components and specialized repair tools (spudgers, precision drivers, heat guns).

Problem Solving:

A logical approach to troubleshooting complex hardware issues.

Documentation:
