Job Description

Position Title :
QA Associate Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including cabling, routers, switches, and end-user devices. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PC hardware, operating systems, and basic network connectivity issues.
Qualifications :
Understanding of the OSI 7-Layer Model (Layers 1-3) Ability to perform UTP cabling and RJ-45 connector termination Basic knowledge of and proficiency in managing Windows 10/11 operating systems Understanding of PC hardware architecture and components Strong interest in networking and information technology (IT) Preferred Qualifications Experience assembling and configuring PC hardware Experience configuring routers and switches Basic network troubleshooting experience Strong familiarity with PC usage and gaming environments IT-related certifications are not required, but are considered an advantage. ※ To be determined based on experience.
