Job Description
Provide onsite end-user support for Windows and Mac environments, endpoint lifecycle management, device deployment, and enterprise IT systems. Job Requirements Minimum of three years of end-user desktop support experience Minimum of three years of experience with IT ticketing and incident management systems Minimum of three years of JAMF experience Minimum of three years of Microsoft Entra and Intune experience Minimum of three years of Apple Business Manager experience Experience supporting Windows and Apple Mac hardware and software Experience with computer configuration, deployment, and repair Experience installing and troubleshooting software, drivers, and add-ins Experience building and deploying system images Strong Active Directory experience Microsoft 365 administration experience PowerShell experience Experience with systems management tools such as SMS or equivalent Experience performing IMAC activities, including installs, moves, adds, and changes Experience managing endpoint lifecycle activities Ability to lift and move IT equipment as required Preferred Skills Experience supporting mixed Windows and macOS enterprise environments Experience with automated endpoint deployment Experience with device enrollment and configuration management Experience supporting remote and field-based employees Experience with hardware refresh and asset lifecycle programs Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms Experience with endpoint compliance and policy management Job Responsibilities Provide end-user support through phone, email, and walk-up requests Troubleshoot Windows and Mac hardware, software, and operating system issues Install, configure, repair, and replace desktop and laptop hardware Install and reinstall software, drivers, and application add-ins Build, configure, and deploy new system images Manage incidents and update service tickets through ITSM tools Perform endpoint installs, moves, adds, and changes Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Intune, JAMF, and Apple Business Manager environments Administer endpoint configuration and lifecycle processes Use PowerShell to support endpoint administration and troubleshooting Support Microsoft 365 applications and services Troubleshoot operating system configuration issues Prepare and deploy equipment for new hires Support equipment setup for onsite and remote field employees Maintain endpoint records and associated IT documentation Provide general onsite IT support across supported computing platforms
