Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Lab System Deployment and Systems Management knowledge, Knowledge in handling GxP environment, JAMF, Windows 11, Windows 10. JAFM to manage Apple Devices, Microsoft Intune, Windows Auto Pilot. Rescue LogMeIn, Servicenow, Zoom, Microsoft SCCM preferred. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Configuring and monitoring the LAB oriented software within the LAB (Quality and production) 2. Co ordinating with LAB software vendor and maintaining the license and version control 3. Following the LAB device in and out protocols and conducting audits on the applications installed on LAB machines / Devices 4. Managing the software inventory and frequent connects with Vendor for upgrade / alternate products recommended 5. Testing the new versions and its effects on the infrastructure and producing the logs / reports 6. Strong understanding of SCCM with advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting. 7. Experience creating collections, packages, applications within SCCM 8. Should have strong experience in
SCCM 2007 & 2012 9.
Experience in installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager 2007-2012. 10. In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues. 11. Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing. 12. Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Windows devices 13. Must have excellent competency with SCCM, WSUS and other patching tools. 14. Experience in supporting Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 15. Knowledge in handling GxP environment in the Life Sciences domain Generic Managerial Skills, If any 1. Be a point of contact for all proactive technical engagements. 2. Work independently and as a team member 3. Must be able to meet deadlines/Must be able to work after hours and some weekend if required by the business.
Salary Range:
$65,000- $70,000 a year
