Technical Support Analyst
Overview
Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive contractor to contribute to a critical hardware upgrade project. In this role, you will be pivotal in preparing Dell laptops for deployment by imaging, configuring, and ensuring each device meets theanization's operational standards. This opportunity allows you to showcase your technical expertise in device imaging and support while helping to streamline IT asset deployment across thepany.
Compensation
$30.00/hour
Responsibilities
Executeprehensive imaging of Windows laptops using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
Implement necessary configuration profiles, security settings, and software packages.
Verify functionality and readiness of devices through rigorous testing prior to deployment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues encountered during or after imaging processes.
Keep accurate records of device statuses, progress updates, and project milestones.
Ad closely to build guides, checklists, and operational procedures with precision.
Work collaboratively with IT project teams and technical staff to optimize workflow and ensure device readiness.
Requirements
Practical experience with imaging Windows 11 laptops.
Proven expertise with Autopilot, Intune, and device provisioning techniques.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic endpoint management concepts.
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware deployment environments.
Exceptionalanizational skills to manage routine technical tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to follow structured documentation and standardized procedures.
Education:
