Role Summary:
Support Pharma manufacturing/lab IT environments by handling end-user devices, infrastructure troubleshooting, and onsite IT operations.
Required Skills:
4+ years desktop / onsite IT support experience Manufacturing / lab / data center IT environment experience Strong troubleshooting (hardware, network, AV, devices) Knowledge of GMP / GxP environments Basic Microsoft/server support skills Strong communication and coordination with multiple teams/OEMs Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Support manufacturing/lab IT systems (PCs, scanners, Zebra printers, rugged devices, test equipment PCs) Troubleshoot AV systems (projectors, mics, speakers, cameras, displays) Provide L1/L2 support for network devices (routers, switches, APs - rack & stack) Handle incident root cause analysis for IT devices and mobility issues Perform IT asset lifecycle management (inventory, imaging, allocation, disposal) Coordinate power shutdowns and data center maintenance activities Provide onsite smart hands support and vendor coordination Ensure LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, voice, and video systems availability Work in GMP/GxP and clean room environments with strict compliance Follow change control, safety, and access protocols (no unauthorized reboots/patching) Support P1/P2 critical incidents with spares and rapid response
