We are hiring an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with strong expertise in SCCM, Intune & Autopilot to manage endpoint management and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 Desktop Support

• Troubleshooting for Windows 10/11, Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Peripherals. Manage endpoints via Microsoft SCCM (MECM)
• Application deployment, Patch management, OS imaging, Software distribution. Administer Microsoft Intune
• Device enrollment, Compliance policies, Configuration profiles, Conditional Access. Work on Windows Autopilot
• Device provisioning, Zero-touch deployment, Troubleshooting Autopilot failures. Handle Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Online, and MS Teams support. Manage user accounts, groups, mailbox, license assignment in M365 Admin Center. Troubleshoot network issues

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.

  Handle IT Service Management
• Ticketing via ServiceNow / Jira / ManageEngine, SLA adherence.

Provide on-call / backfill support and ensure minimal downtime.
