Student Intern/Co-Op - IT Support

Overview Milton CAT is looking for a part-time IT Support Intern/Co-Op. As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides IT support to our employee's company wide.

Pay Rate:

$18/hr Responsibilities Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Process offboarding equipment (collect, wipe, and redeploy devices) Answer and log inbound IT requests via phone and email Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot user issues Assist with monitors, docking stations, conference room tech, and peripherals Support IT inventory tracking and equipment ordering Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support the IT team Qualifications Enrolled in a Computer System/Information Technology program Basic computer and hardware knowledge Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Willing to learn and follow processes Youth Employment Permit required if under 18 Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. unassisted.
