Job Summary The Opportunity Mass General Brigham Digital is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining a wide range of systems and equipment. This role combines onsite and remote support, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management.
Location:
requires travel to local sites including but not limited to; Newton, Wellesley, Brookline and Boston/ Surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of independently resolving technical issues while providing guidance to end users and peers to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Key Responsibilities System Setup & Deployment Transport, install, configure, and decommission technical equipment and systems Execute tasks in alignment with layout diagrams and project timelines Technical Support & Troubleshooting Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve hardware, software, and telecom issues Provide responsive support to end users for computers, applications, and communication systems Escalate complex issues as needed while ensuring timely resolution Customer Service Deliver professional, efficient, and user-friendly technical support Assist with routine technical inquiries and ensure a positive end-user experience Documentation & Process Accurately document issues, resolutions, and support activities in ticketing systems Maintain clear and organized technical records Inventory Management Monitor and maintain inventory levels for equipment and accessories Track assets and ensure proper handling and storage What We're Looking For Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience supporting end-user computing, applications, and telecom systems preferred Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent required 0-1 years of Customer service experience required Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Solid knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and peripherals Experience with technical systems, applications, and troubleshooting tools Familiarity with Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and common business/phone systems Additional Job Details (if applicable) Work Model & Schedule Onsite Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (ET) Flexibility is required to support business needs
