Job Responsibilities:

Works closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of ServiceNow requirements. Supports the configuration, customization and implementation of applications. Supports acceptance criteria definition, and implements software quality assurance and user acceptance testing functions. Collaborates with Technical team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc).

Required Skills:

SNOW technical/Dev and Admin support experience (for support of multiple version upgrade to latest Zurich version). Ability to work with DBA for technical updates required Must be able to work on-site in SCIF for upgrade. Role Staffing - Immediately; 4 month duration.
