Desktop Technician

Desktop Build & Deployment Technician We're hiring 10 Desktop Engineers for a 12-month project supporting a leading global investment management firm in Baltimore and Owings Mills, MD . This is a hands-on, onsite role, five days per week , with occasional travel between local sites. Reliable transportation is required. You'll image, configure, test, and deploy Windows 11 devices for new hires, hardware refreshes, and large-scale rollouts. You'll also troubleshoot build issues, document work in ServiceNow, and coordinate with technology teams to ensure devices are secure and ready to use.

Qualifications:

Windows imaging and configuration experience; familiarity with tools such as Intune, Autopilot, or SCCM; and working knowledge of Microsoft 365, BitLocker, OneDrive, and endpoint security.
