The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and account issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals, while ensuring smooth daily operations. You will manage O365 accounts, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, and email, and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Microsoft 365/O365 applications in Windows environments, familiarity with Active Directory, endpoint management, and basic networking, and strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Prior helpdesk or IT support experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide frontline IT support for end users in a Microsoft 365 (O365) environment Troubleshoot hardware, software, and account issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals Manage O365 accounts including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, and email Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles
Requirements:
Experience supporting Microsoft 365/O365 applications and Windows environments Familiarity with Active Directory, endpoint management, and basic networking Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills Prior helpdesk or IT support experience preferred
