On-Site We are partnering with a leading global investment firm to place a Desktop Support Specialist at their Chevy Chase, MD office. This role supports an active IT integration following the firm's recent acquisition of a boutique real estate investment firm, serving ~60-70 onsite employees through a full technical transition. It's a highly visible, hands-on position requiring strong technical skills and a polished, client-facing presence. Responsibilities Deliver white-glove end user support, minimizing disruption throughout the integration Triage, escalate, and track issues to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders for a seamless support experience Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and team knowledge sharing Assist with hardware/software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Requirements Technical:
Windows 11

  • ITIL frameworks
Non-Technical:
Experience in fast-paced, high-profile environments
