None •The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a ICAM Systems/Software Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD. Our program delivers and supports enterprise-wide and stand‑alone Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities across the Intelligence Community. As part of this mission, you will contribute to a wide range of impactful work including program management, mission support, software integration and development, system engineering, testing, documentation, configuration control, release management, and network/system monitoring. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with diverse teams, and helping customers succeed with critical ICAM servicesResponsibilities:
As a member of the Mission Management team, you will support customers integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization Services. In this role, you will:- Guide development teams as they integrate and troubleshoot REST services
- Assist end users in resolving authorization issues, ensuring access is properly granted or denied
- Manage and track support tickets using JIRA
- Provide customer support through email, chat, and phone
- Approach challenges with an analytical and curious mindset—ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical puzzles
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- 7+ years of Systems Engineering (SE) experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I (or higher) if determined applicable by COR for CWIP activities
- A total of 12 years SE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
Desired:
- Experience with or knowledge of:
- Online and telephone customer support
- LDAP directories
- SQL and basic database queries
- RESTful services
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Ticketing systems such as JIRA or Redmine
- Ability to:
- Analyze system applications and troubleshoot effectively
- Understand and clearly communicate complex software systems
- Update Confluence pages and write technical documentation
- Assist with customer training on software capabilities
- Work with customers to understand and define requirements
