Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support Technician II to join our Corporate IT team at our corporate headquarters in Frederick, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in supporting Windows computers and software, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work a full-time schedule on-site at headquarters in Frederick, MD. Responsibilities Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and various software applications. Assist users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Provision and deploy new hardware for users. Maintain a high level of customer service for all support requests. Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Ability to lead junior staff and coordinate tasking of projects or requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT-related area is preferred, in lieu of a degree 2-4 years relevant experience is required. Experience with managing computer software and computer hardware. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work a regular schedule at the Frederick corporate office. A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
Compensation:
