is a healthcare technology company dedicated to the automation of patient communication and safety. We are looking for a full-time, onsite Technical Support Specialist / System Support Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Must have thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of network hardware including switches and firewalls. Networking experience, being a quick learner, self-motivated, team player, with a good character is required. This position involves working directly with management and developers on state-of-the-art visual communications equipment. This is a rare opportunity to work with a purpose! Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain computers and custom hardware Install and configure network devices such as firewall, switches, and end devices Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems for both local and cloud Provide orientation to new users on how to operate software Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.) Maintain records/logs for repairs and maintenance schedules Provide design, development, testing, maintenance, delivery, and support Be available for special project assistance on nights and weekends Performs other applicable duties as assigned
Skills:
