Summary of Position:
Responsible for providing technical support to laboratory environments for the following labs: BUS 121, Bench Lab, and the VR Lab.
Position Requirements:
The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Linux OS, software and hardware troubleshooting and have taken
CITS 150, CITS 160, CITS
280 and
ISYS 110.
Additionally, the candidate is expected to demonstrate professionalism, reliability and discretion.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Update Fedora Linux, update VMWare, update software in general. Make new semester logins, clean off old VM's, work on DHCP server, etc.
