In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, testing and working collaboratively with our technology partner to facilitate testing, development and implementation of our various products. Duties Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across platforms Develop, test, and implement our SmartSystems Systems management In-House consulting with technology partner Customer service for troubleshooting Monitor system performance using IT monitoring tools, troubleshoot technical issues promptly, and perform root cause analysis to prevent future incidents Experience Proven experience in system administration across multiple operating systems including Linux, Windows, and Oracle databases. Strong background in cloud infrastructure management. Demonstrated expertise in automating deployment processes using scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Project management experience in technology initiatives with a focus on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes within Agile frameworks. Ability to perform technical troubleshooting support for complex IT systems and contribute to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices for system reliability.
