Pay Range:
$53-55 per hour
Position Description:
We are seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Support Specialist to provide engineering and operational support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. This role will support end users, developers, and business teams by troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and enabling adoption of low-code/no-code solutions and AI-powered agents. You will work closely with platform admins, developers, and stakeholders to ensure platform stability, governance, and continuous improvement of support operations.
What You'll Do:
Provide help desk support for Power Platform and Copilot Studio via ticketing, email, chat, and meetings Troubleshoot Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents Manage user access, permissions, environment configurations, and licensing Support platform governance, security policies, and DLP enforcement Assist with environment management and solution deployments (ALM support) Maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base resources Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements Support adoption initiatives and citizen developer enablement Proactively resolve incidents and coordinate with Microsoft Support when needed
Skills Required:
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem PowerShell scripting IT support / incident management experience
Skills Preferred:
Copilot Studio (AI agents) Dataverse and environment management Python or C# (basic scripting/full-stack awareness) Power BI, Exchange, Entra ID Understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, automation, governance)
Experience Required:
5+ years of IT support, operational, or engineering support experience
Even Better, You May Have:
3-5 years supporting Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Experience with governance, security, and DLP policies Knowledge of ALM strategies and lifecycle management Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments Exposure to Copilot Studio or conversational AI platforms Understanding of agile methodologies and team collaboration
